Salutáris Park

Three types of water flow there: Alkaline, Ferruginosa and Magnesiana, each of which has a health benefit. These waters were discovered in the middle of 1880, shortly thereafter they were cataloged and in 1887. In 1888 the factory started its production and packaging Several trails are used in the park for sports walks and events related to cycling.

Nossa Senhora de Sant`Ana de Sebollas Church

In 1740 the first Church of Nossa Senhora de Santanna gave way to a colonial cemetery. Thirty years later, a chapel was built in which the remains of Joaquim José da Silva Xavier, Tiradentes, were buried. In the following century, the chapel was removed and the current church erected. Currently the remains of Tiradentes are found in the Tiradentes Museum, near the Church.

Matozinhos e o Caminho da Fé Church

It has 15 stations depicting Jesus' last moments on Calvary, from condemnation to the resurrection, to save all those who believe in him. The Way of the Cross brings to the faithful images of those moments in the life of Christ.

Monte Cristo stone and the Enigma of the stone cathedral

With a beautiful native landscape of the Atlantic Forest, which can be climbed, it serves as an observatory, and also has a waterfall in place. The best known waterfall is formed by the Monte Cristo stream. Free fall of approximately 100m high. Beside him we find the Girl's stone.

Tocaia Stone

Being 800 meters high, it has this name because Duque de Caxias, at the time Barão de Caxias, camped with his troops on the site, before invading Minas Gerais in 1842. From the stone there is a view of the entire region, standing out the head office. Older residents tell us that the Minas Gerais-Rio de Janeiro route used caravans that took gold and precious stones to the capital. When there were problems on the way, the horsemen would bury the boxes with gold and valuable stones and then rescue them. The legend says even today there is gold buried in the place.

There are dozens of farms, open or not to tourism, however many can be seen on the city's roads. They keep the story of a time that left marks, suffering and prosperity.

Tiradentes Museum

The museum in honor of the leader of the Minas Gerais Inconfidência is established in Sebollas having been inaugurated by the Hon. Mr. Mayor Nelson Espíndola de Aguiar in 1972. In the mid-18th century, Tiradentes held a relevant imperial militia position and was responsible for guarding the "Caminho Novo". He preached wherever independence went. Sentenced to hanging and dismembering, part of his remains were exposed where he preached revolutionary ideals, one of these places is the third district of inconfidência, in Parahyba do Sul, since that time known as Sant´Anna de Sebollas.

Nossa Senhora das Graças Churcu

The Chapel's cornerstone was laid on May 1, 1922 and inaugurated on May 31, 1923. Its plan has a hexagonal shape. Highlight for its padded door and images of plaster angels. Each more beautiful than the other. It was built with donations from Mrs. Maria Augusta de Oliveira Penna, to her father Dr. Randolpho Penna, devotee of Nossa Senhora das Graças. Dr. Randolpho was a doctor and was mayor of the city and still brother-in-law of the Countess of Rio.

São Pedro e São Paulo Mother Church

Built at the initiative of João Gomes Ribeiro de Avelar, Baron, later Visconde da Parahyba, and also mayor of Parahyba do Sul, whose remains are found in a sumptuous tomb in the imperial cemetery Dr. Randolfo Penna of this city, was built "sacolinha" and with donations raised, began the construction of the Church on March 14, 1860. The end took place twenty-two years later, properly on April 9, 1882.

Golden Path Footwear

Part of this glorious new path, which shortened from 90 (old path) to 30 days, the route between Vila Rica and Rio de Janeiro is preserved in the Serra das Abóboras in Parahyba do Sul, near the border with Levy Gasparian. A stretch of about 4km intact. A colonial relic preserved, thanks to the distance of human action. It is a unique piece of engineering at the time.
